Progress update 27th may 2010
I have started creating my game, however it is taking longer than I anticipated, currently I and working on making my creatures spawn at the start of the level and this is much harder than I imagined. I have not yet decided whether to delay my project. My project needs to finished on the 15th of June, however I planned to finished on Wednesday the 9th of June so I can afford to overrun my deadline by 6 days if necessary. I will decide tomorrow if I need to delay my project.

Progress update 13 may 2010
I have now finished my initial investigation, I decided to merge my project specification and requirements specification into one document and task. My project spec is now complete, so I have made the task 100% complete and I am ahead of schedule. I will now start creating my graphics and completing my storyboard.

Updating my Gantt chart

Progress Update
Since my last blog post I have created a Gantt chart that I will use to help me manage my project.
I have created a report telling John Smith all about critical path analysis, and the critical path that I am going to use.
I had an interview with John Smith to clarify different aspects of the project, he has decided that he wants the game to have a medieval theme, with knights and a Trojan horse (and possibly jousters). He also wants the game to be very hard and single player.
