Progress Update




Since my last blog post I have created a Gantt chart that I will use to help me manage my project.

I have created a report telling John Smith all about critical path analysis, and the critical path that I am going to use.

I had an interview with John Smith to clarify different aspects of the project, he has decided that he wants the game to have a medieval theme, with knights and a Trojan horse (and possibly jousters). He also wants the game to be very hard and single player.

  1. Good start. As well as the progress you need to state what you have learned on the course so far--eg specification, why projects fail, tools and methodologies
