You have identified the relevant phases, added a baseline and milestone, identified realistic timescales, identified parallel and sequential processes and used project software correctly. You should identify the resources that need to be made available at each stage (e.g. you, access to software, etc.) Preparation complete’ isn’t really a task, maybe it should be a review task e.g. check preparation complete? You will obviously need to think about how you can check and what you would be looking for.
