So far I have created my story board, created my graphics, and found some suitable music for my game. I have started creating my data dictionary and hope to be finished by the end of the day.
This is how my gantt chart looks at the moment. It shows that i am currently working to schedule.
I have now finished my initial investigation, I decided to merge my project specification and requirements specification into one document and task. My project spec is now complete, so I have made the task 100% complete and I am ahead of schedule. I will now start creating my graphics and completing my storyboard.
I have updated my Gannt chart to show the different stages of the project life cycle. So far on this course I have learned why project fail and the different life cycles I could use in my project
Since my last blog post I have created a Gantt chart that I will use to help me manage my project.
I have created a report telling John Smith all about critical path analysis, and the critical path that I am going to use.
I had an interview with John Smith to clarify different aspects of the project, he has decided that he wants the game to have a medieval theme, with knights and a Trojan horse (and possibly jousters). He also wants the game to be very hard and single player.
For my project I have decided to create a tower defence game. So far I have created a presenetation that I have shown to john Smith, the owner of the website. I have also written a report about why projects fail.
